SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love your NORTH + NEST items! If something doesn't meet your standard, you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days from the order date. Contact us to arrange a return.
Please note, we do not provide return labels. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in new condition
In their original packaging
Sale items, personalized items, greeting cards and snack items are FINAL SALE
All returns are sent to our home base in Haileybury, Ontario.
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment.
Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions.
The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued. We do not process exchanges in any other way.
